Three trade tiers, cleanly separated
From the UAE into 54 African markets: retail, wholesale and industrial are distinct products, with different payment models.
Retail — 30% / 70%
Single-unit orders for individual buyers. The customer pays 30% at order and 70% on delivery. The established international flow.
Wholesale — dossier 2%
Bulk orders with a minimum quantity. Dossier model: small dossier fee, then a single balance (goods + freight + customs). No 30/70 split.
Industrial — dossier 1.5%
Large-volume, container-scale orders. Lower dossier rate, same protected flow end to end.
Air cargo or sea container, customs and last-mile delivery included. You choose the tier per product.
Clear, protected payouts
Your earnings are held safely and released when the order is genuinely complete.
Escrow protection
Your sale commission is held in escrow and credited to your BulanPay wallet only once the order is delivered, 24 hours have passed, and there is no open dispute or active return. A cancelled or refunded order is never paid out.
Cash-on-delivery payouts
For orders paid in cash, a holdback of about 7 days applies, followed by a manual review by our finance team before your wallet is credited.
Driver cash deposit
Couriers deposit collected cash within 24 hours, with anti-fraud verification on every deposit.
Default holdback periods and thresholds are set and adjustable by the platform administrator.

A simple, reviewed onboarding — not an instant sign-up.
Submit a partner request
Apply as a seller or a deliverer. Your request is reviewed by our teams before your account is activated — it is not an instant registration.
Identity verification (KYC)
Provide an ID document and a selfie (proof of address optional). Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours and is validated by our admin or finance team. Your documents are stored privately.
Review times are default values and may vary depending on the volume of requests.
Protection for buyers and sellers
Funds, disputes and returns are handled fairly on both sides.
Funds held in escrow
Money is held until the order is delivered, protecting both the buyer and the seller.
Dispute resolution
Disputes can be opened by the buyer or the seller, and are arbitrated by our admin team.
Returns & refunds
Returns are possible on delivered orders, with refunds processed through the BulanPay wallet.
Courier anti-fraud
Couriers post a deposit that is held and may be seized in case of repeated non-remittance.
Conditions and limits are default values, configured by the platform administrator.
A subscription that lowers your commission
Three tiers — a paid plan reduces your sale commission. The subscription is billed from your BulanPay wallet.
